He communicated with us over several weeks before we even moved back to St. Louis from another state and gave us great advice throughout the whole process. He was patient, encouraging us to take our time to find the right house, and not pushy at all - genuinely wanting us to be happy. Tom went above and beyond showing us a ton of houses in a crazy seller's market and was thorough with all paperwork to ensure we understood everything that was happening. In addition, Tom is kind, funny, and very down-to-earth. We felt supported from beginning to end and are extremely happy with the home we ended up buying. Because we found such a great home, we don't plan to move again for several decades, but if we did, we would definitely call Tom. Home listed on Friday, had 9 plus contracts by Monday. Selling price more than asking price by about $14k. Tom handled everything, including hiring a photographer who showed our home to it's best advantage. We trusted Tom completely to act honestly, fairly, and in our best interest. My husband and I just recently bought a home and Tom was absolutely outstanding in every aspect of the whole process.
